On April 9, Sector Puget Sound Reservists will be working toward increasing their readiness and preparing for their readiness evaluation on Sunday 10 April 2011. This April All Hands meets the requirements set forth by PACAREA for the Annual Mobilization Exercise.
RDAs/Team Leaders will be conducting a personnel inspection. Starting at 0730, Medical and Admin will have staff available to conduct bi-annual weigh-ins, HIV testing, Small Pox Vaccines and any other needed vaccines. An overdue immunization list will be run the week of April 9 and provided to RDA’s prior to the start of the weekend. The ID card desk will also be open for any members requiring a new or updated ID.
Members will also be provided the opportunity to have PQS signed off. PQS books and position specific guides are available on Homeport.
All hands should know their WQSB position and have a completed and signed Family Emergency Preparedness Plan. Members may do this on Saturday April 9 or any time before. CPFR recommends using the template on this website http://ready.adcouncil.org/beprepared/fep/index.jsp
Ensure all contact information is up to date in AWS and Direct Access because the system will be tested. Completion of all Mandated Training “A” will be verified by RFRS staff prior to dismissal. MT “A” is completed on the Portal and was ordered to be complete by 01Mar 2011. All MT “A” must be verified in Calendar Year 2011.
